PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for choosing Raylux Africa.

We appreciate your trust in our brand and are committed to providing you with quality products and reliable after-sales support.

Please read this warranty policy carefully and keep it for future reference.

1. WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS

Raylux Africa’s warranty covers the internal engine/motor of the product only, where the engine/motor is confirmed by our technical team to have a manufacturing defect.

If the internal engine/motor develops a fault caused by a manufacturing defect during the valid warranty period, Raylux Africa may, after inspection:

– Repair the engine/motor; or
– Replace the engine/motor with the same or an equivalent one.

The decision to repair or replace the engine/motor will be made by Raylux Africa after proper inspection.

Please note: The warranty does NOT mean that every engine/motor fault is covered. The fault must be confirmed by our technical team to be a manufacturing defect.
