WARRANTY TERMS:

Thank you so much for choosing “RAYLUX AFRICA BRAND” where you will always get more than 200% value for your money. In order to provide you more satisfying after sales services. Please read the terms of the warranty card carefully.
1. Warranty and Service:
This product should be able to perform it’s superior performance under normal use and maintenance. In the event of any damage caused by manufacturing process, we will replace the parts or the entire product depends on exact situation.
2. Warranty Regulations:
Within speculated warranty period starting from the date of purchase, you will receive a free warranty service if the manufacturer’s/dealer’s evidence shows that the damage caused is by the manufacturing process and product is used under normal conditions. This service does not include certain parts (Blender jars, engine housing, blades, jar cover, blades, any form of jar etc) and accessories such as gears, attachments etc) that need to be replaced frequently, and transportation costs also. Users please keep this card for future service. If the certificate is altered, it will be invalid.
3. FREE SERVICES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:
✓ Man-made damage caused by improper use, such as access to improper power supply, improper use of accessories, improper installation, use in a wrong way, damage caused by misuse or negligence. Damage caused by other accidents or damaged caused by other force majeure (such as natural disasters, voltage abnormalities etc).
✓ Aging of the machine, wear of the machine etc which may be caused by normal use, but do not affect the normal use of the product.
✓ Any damaged caused by general use outside the home. ( for example, industrial and commercial)
✓ The contents of this warranty card are ultimately owned by the company.
