We want you to be able to shop on rayluxafrica.com with confidence. Our customers’ satisfaction is our JOY. All our products are tested and well packaged before sending out to you our lovely customers. Any product defective within the given warranty period can be returned and looked into by our technicians ( please go through the warranty card to know the products in this category). We give a replacement for products with defects IF ONLY THE DEFECT IS A MANUFACTURER ERROR. We do not accept return or refund of any product in perfect working condition.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to Lagos, Nigeria.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
